Sherman Ave. The firefighters arrived and found flames on both the inside and outside of the house. The firefighters did an initial search through the house and determined that no one was inside the house. The firefighters fought the fire, which eventually spread to the attic. Close to 40 firefighters responded to the incident. One firefighter was transported to the hospital for a very minor injury. The firefighter is expected to make a full recovery. Six people lived inside the home. One is out of the state for the rest of the week and the other five residents are staying with friends or family tonight.
